This is Struvite Crystals......look like Dinosaure eggs.....aren't they???

Those make dog hurt when dog start to PEE.........Imagine that.........

what if you would have just only one of those in your bladder.........

Mom had searched about the information of Struvite Crystals……….

At the first time those bad vets complained that I got those disease cause of mom’s food…….Mom threw all the faults to herself………

She cried and apologized me that she hurts me…..

It wasn’t her……Last summer, mom was so busy cause she had too many students then she couldn’t cook for me…..

She bought me………the………F_cking expensive dog food….And………read this….

Mom got all of the info. From American Vet.WHAT ARE STRUVITE CRYSTALS???

During the canning of the process of some dog foodMAGNESIUM AMMONIUM PHOSPHETE can be formed……………

Occasionally, this chemical can form into SRTUVITE CRYSTALS………..

This can grow to the size large enough to attract the attention…………..

WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE????They look so valuable……….As the crystals……………

But mom told me that she hates those crystals in me……………….

On close examination by using the magnifying glass,The difference is obvious…………..

Struvite Crystals…Asthe crystals are called……………………………….

occurs usually in the form of regularly shaped prisms, with the edges tending to form straight lines.
Glass particles are more likely to be irregular inshape. However, the type of product presentation and the location in the can, mayproduce less regular shaped crystals.
HOW CAN YOU TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STRUVITECRYSTALS AND GLASS?
Struvite crystals can be easily identified in the laboratory and you can tell the difference between Struvite Crystals and glass by carrying out simple tests at home.
For example:
• Struvite crystals are softer than glass and can be scratched.
• They are soluble in a hot dilution of acid-vinegar or lemon juice. Boiling them for a few minutes will completely dissolve crystals, but not glass.
• If you squash crystals between two hard surfaces they will usually break down in to smaller fragments or powder.Food Health & SafetyARE THEY HARMFUL?No.
In fact, the chemicals in Struvite Crystals occur in many foods, and are valuable nutrients.
As the acid-vinegar/lemon juice test demonstrates, Struvite Crystals dissolve in acids, such asthose naturally present in the stomach.
They are easily digested, do not smell or taste and are too soft to do any harm.
The formation of Struvite Crystals cannot be prevented completely even with the use of additives, such as polyphosphates.Although any breed can be affected,Miniature Schnauzer, Bichon Frise, Dachshund, Poodle, Scottish Terrier, Beagle, Pekingese, and Welsh Corgi are predisposed to Sruvite Urolith formation.
Mom……….I believe in you………I know that the things you have done for me all come from your love……..You didn’t mean to hurt me a bit…………….Don’t be sad Mommy………!!!!!!
